Moh al Gadban joins us and shares the importance of understanding data versus simply processing it: "Data is the gold that we have in hand. When you're talking about RPA for example, robotic process automation, for each process, or for each task that you are automating, you have an input. You have an output. So all of this is a lot of data, and if we just neglect it and go around it, and we just work on automating a lot of processes, we're losing a lot of important things there."
